The Residential Plastering Association of California (the RPAC) was formed to promote the mutual benefit of its members by providing a medium for the exchange of information among California plastering contractors, enabling them to discuss and solve common problems which occur in plastering construction, facilitating better communications between owners/developers and plastering contractors, and discussing and developing better products and methods of service to owners/developers.
